Apart from the above activities, students paid a visit to the University of Melbourne. The Winter Camp lasted 14 days. One of the students wrote after the Winter Camp ended that: “The learning experience at the University of Sydney allowed me to be able to appreciate the team spirit and quality of a team. Despite the tasks requiring teamwork that I have participated in for my first semester of the freshman year, I was then unable to appreciate the difference between a team and an individual and there were not many tasks like that. I hope that the University and the School would give me more opportunities to participate in such tasks. More importantly, I hope to be able to build a team on my own to feel the power of teamwork.” Global Vision Program is a traditional program quite popular among CQU students and it is the 13th session this year.
