Recently, the First General Meeting of 2024 for the Second Council of International Students Education Management Branch of Chongqing Association of Higher Education was held at Nan'an Campus of Chongqing Jiaotong University.

The meeting summarized the remarkable achievements made by Chongqing Association of Higher Education's International Students Education Management Branch in 2023, prospected the key tasks in 2024, and recognized 10 advanced collectives and 74 advanced individuals for their hard work in dealing with international students affairs in Chongqing in 2023. CQU was awarded as Advanced Collective for International Students Affairs in Chongqing. Zhang Wengang, Guo Yu, Lai Yuqi and other five faculty members of CQU were honored as Advanced Individuals for International Students Affairs in Chongqing. Chen Ying, Deputy Head of CQU International Student Affairs Management Center, delivered an insightful speech on behalf of CQU.
