On the afternoon of November 10, 2018, Viacheslav Tymokhin, director of the International Cooperation Office of Ukraine National Aviation University, Serhiy Dmytriyev, dean of the School of Aerospace Electronic Communication, Roman Odarchenk, deputy dean of the School, and Wei Liming, president of Chinese Cultural Education Development Center of Ukraine, visited School of Aerospace Engineering to discuss issues such as cooperative school running and undergraduate cultivation. Wan Ling, secretary of the CPC Committee of the School of Aerospace Engineering, Hu Ning, dean of the School, and Yao Jianrao, head of the Department of Aerospace Engineering, attended the meeting.

Dean Hu Ning extended warm welcome to the delegation of the National Aviation University, and pointed out that the School of Aerospace Engineering had taken the initiative to respond to the “Belt and Road” Initiative. According to the overall planning of Chongqing University, the Chongqing University-Antonov Aviation School, a Sino-foreign co-operative institution would be established in collaboration with National Aviation University. The two parties then had thorough discussion about related matters of running the co-operative institution, including enrollment scale, formulation of cultivation scheme, cultivation mode and summer practice of students.

After that, the delegation of the National Aviation University visited the lab of the School and offered valuable suggestions on construction of the lab.

After the visit, Viacheslav Tymokhin, director of the International Cooperation Office of Ukraine National Aviation University, invited officials and teachers of the School to the National Aviation University of Ukraine for exchange.
