The Championship Scramble of the 8th China International College Students' 'Internet+' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held in Chongqing University on April 9. A total of 6 participating teams from colleges and universities at home and abroad competed fiercely with each other. After 2 hours of intense competition, the "Guangying Liuzhuan" Team from Nanjing University of Science and Technology claimed the championship.

The Competition was co-sponsored by 12 ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Education, and Chongqing Municipal People's Government. It was organized by Chongqing University. Centering on the theme "I Dare to Venture and Make Innovation", the Competition highlighted "Chinese characteristics, internationalization, education, inclusiveness and innovation". It aimed to promote the integration of vocational education and general education, production-teaching integration, and science-education integration, and guide higher education innovation in the new era. Since it was launched in April 2022, it has received a total of 3.4 million projects by 14.5 million students from 4,554 colleges and universities of 111 countries and regions. It is the first time that the number of participants has topped 10 million. After the university-level competition, the provincial competition, and the national competition, 4 domestic teams and 2 foreign teams stood out and won the championship.

The Championship Scramble was held both online and offline. Online competition was adopted for international projects. After roadshow, comments by the honored guests, and scoring by the judges, the "Guangying Liuzhuan" Team from Nanjing University of Science and Technology won the championship. The "Micro and Nano Power Technology" Team of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics won second place. The "Shenshi Science and Technology" Team from Peking University, the "Wei'er" Team from Zhejiang University, the "Integrated AI System for Diagnosis and Treatment Evaluation of Clinical Grade Rectal Cancer" team of Carnegie Mellon University, and the "Zhizi Science and Technology" Team of Swiss Federal Institute of Technology won the third place.

The flag handover ceremony was held after the Championship Scramble. The 9th China International College Students' 'Internet+' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition will be held in Tianjin University.
