To implement the guiding principle of the lecture delivered by President Xi at the 19th National Congress of CPC, and the innovation-driven development strategy, further enhance the scientific and technological innovation capacity, and expedite transformation of technological achievements, the Chongqing Match-making Fair for Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of “191” College Collaborative Innovation Alliance co-sponsored by Chongqing Science and Technology Commission, the Management Committee of Liangjiang New Area, Tongji University and Chongqing University is held at Wudu Hotel, Chongqing on November 22. Academician Zhou Xuhong, president of Chongqing University, Yang Dan, managing vice president, Zhu Caichao, deputy director of the Office of Science and Technology (in charge of related work), Deputy Director Yang Yongqi, and experts and representatives of related schools are present at the event.
At the Fair, 12 reputable universities including Tongji University, Tianjin University, Chongqing University, Southeast University, Harbin Institute of Technology and Northwestern Polytechnical University put on a road show with their 77 scientific and technological achievements. The achievements mainly involve more than 10 areas such as “equipment manufacturing, new energy automobile, new materials, electronic information, biological medicine, intelligent transportation, environmental engineering and city management”.
Over the Fair, 14 scientific and technological achievements, including the “intelligent snow-removing robot and series intelligent robot products” of Professor Song Yongduan from Chongqing University, “integrated drive control product for low-voltage 48V electromobile and its application” of Professor Liu Heping, and “electrochemistry flush and reduction (E-F&R) and restoration technology for chromium contaminated soil” of Professor Li Dong, are released. The project background, team members, key technologies, market demand and economic benefit are also introduced in an all-round way. In particular, a cooperation agreement has been signed with Chongqing Fengding Technology Co., Ltd. for the “efficient intelligent agitation equipment based on big data and 3D printing” of Professor Liu Zuohua. Chongqing Shuangying Holdings Co., Ltd. has reached the cooperation intention with the Magnesium Alloy Engineering Technology Research Center of Chongqing University. The Management Committee of Chongqing Dazu High-tech Development Zone proposes to co-build the collaboration platform for transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements with the Science and Technology Research Center of Chongqing University.
During the event, President Zhou Xuhong and other major officials together witness the signing of agreements for the first projects under the special campaign of technological innovation collaboration between Chongqing Municipality and reputable universities and colleges. Yang Dan and Zhu Caichao, deputy director of the Office of Science and Technology (in charge of related work), attend the symposium on scientific and technological innovation collaboration of Chongqing.
