The Office of International Affairs is responsible for all matters relating to the internationalization of CQU, including in-bound and out-bond student mobility programs, overseas staff exchanges, the management of visits to international meetings and conventions.

Section of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and General Affairs

The Section overall plans and coordinates Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan affairs; applies, implements and summarizes Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan exchange programs; signs agreement with universities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; organizes inter-university and student exchange; manages identity and organizes activities for enrolled Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students; coordinates and manages general affairs.

Section of International staff & Global Relations

The Section is responsible for international communication and reception, interuniversity cooperation projects expanding, agreement signing and management, foreign expert recruitment and service and international conference application and management.

Section of Study Abroad

The Section overall plans, implements and manages students overseas interuniversity exchange projects; builds the atmosphere of internationalization; examines, approves and manages students temporary going aboard affairs; implements and manages government funded overseas study projects.

Section of Exit Administration

The Section is in charge of examining, approving and administrating temporary overseas trip for public affairs of faculty and staff, assisting applying and managing passport and visa for public affairs and managing the affairs of students visiting Taiwan.
